The West Salem Titans went undefeated this year in league and are ranked #4 in the State. Jon Marc is a senior and began the preseason on the starting defensive unit. He played the entire game on defense at outside linebacker/rover and kick-off unit against now #1 Lake Oswego and made some important tackles. Unfortunately he broke his foot in the second game against Barlow from Gresham, OR and hasn't been able to play since then. He's running at about 60% now and hopes to finish out his high school career back on the field with the guys he started playing with in third grade. Remember the Titans as they start the playoffs!! Yeah Jon Marc Dangaran and crew!!Steve's Note: Dec. 1: We made it all the way to the State Semi-finals where we lost to Tualatin by 1 point, yep, you heard it, 1 point. Ouch! The coaches didn't think Jon Marc was ready to play, so he finished the season cheering his buds on from the sidelines.
